Shambhala working within the larger community

The center participated at the recent Kathmandu Festival, organized by Shambhala Member Carol Vernal, who puts on the event in Depot Park. The event raises funds for her Children's Medical Aid Foundation that provides surgery to Napalese children with disfiguring birth defects.
